Wall Takes on Acting?

June 16, 2013

Lights, camera, action!

Last week, John Wall played a role in a short spoof featured on the Jimmy Kimmel Live show. The segment starred Jack Black and Kyle Gass who play "adult wolves" in a spoof sequel to Teen Wolf.

The segment begins with Black and Gass looking to get a wax, but need to raise $9,000 in order to do so.  They join a 2x2 father-son basketball tournament which is where Wizards G John Wall makes his appearance.  His "dad" is none other than television and movie actor John C. McGinley and the two then square off in an intense game of 2x2 against Black and Gass.

Wall doesn't have to say much, but does get a few lines in and gets to throw down one dunk when making his entrance.  I don't think Wall will be winning an Oscar in the near future, so the Wizards shouldn't be concerned that their franchise point guard will leave them for Hollywood anytime soon.
