Right after a week-long road trip out West last week, we are back on the road for two more cities and two more games this week. The schedule-makers had little sympathy for the Wizards during this two-week stretch, but such is life in the NBA.
First up will be the Oklahoma City Thunder. One of the cities the team did not travel to last year due to the shortened season, this is one of the league’s toughest places to play. The reigning Western Conference champs have a 31-5 record at home this season, good for fourth best in the NBA. The place is loud, the team is good and the Wizards will have their hands full tonight.
Really looking forward to seeing what John Wall has in store for an encore tonight after that
on Monday. His confidence is at an all-time high and he may be leaned upon heavily again as Beal and Price will be out again tonight and Webster, Ariza and Nene are all questionable.
Should be a fun one from the place they call "Loud City" tonight. Make sure to get in on the
beginning at game time on WashingtonWizards.com.
We stay here in OKC after the game and then fly to Orlando tomorrow...
